The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
The consumer may exercise this right of withdrawal by informing Verpleegkundegids in an unequivocal manner, for example by email, post, telephone, or by using the model withdrawal form. Use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
After notifying Verpleegkundegids of the withdrawal, the consumer has a further period of 14 calendar days to return the product to Verpleegkundegids. It is sufficient for the product to have been shipped within this period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised products. For digital content, such as courses and templates, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed in advance to the commencement of performance during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this causes them to lose their right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a return, a reduction in value may be charged if the product has been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method as was used for the original payment. If the consumer withdraws from the entire order, the original delivery costs will also be refunded, limited to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by Verpleegkundegids. Any additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. Verpleegkundegids may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
